A Little About Kim...

I have lived and worked in the Mid-Atlantic area (Washington, DC, Annapolis and Baltimore, MD) since 1976, except for 5 years in Atlanta, GA.  I currently live in a renovated townhouse in Baltimore's Canton neighborhood with my husband and real estate partner Ralph and pets Jackson and Jasper.  My background includes experience in interior design, computer consulting, and high-technology software sales.  I hold a 50-ton Masters USCG Captain's license, and play the accordion!

I am a proven top real estate achiever, attested to by my numerous awards won over the years and by my hundreds of satisfied clients.  I do all the necessary homework and follow up on all the details to provide you with a smooth closing and lasting commitment of service.
